Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• When you send a request: your name, email, phone (optional), company, country, website (optional), the service and technical details you enter, and the files you attach (drawings, photos).
• When you chat with An Nhi, our AI assistant: the messages you type or speak. Voice is converted to text by your own browser; we do not record or store your audio.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site (IP address, browser type, time of request), handled by our hosting and security providers.

2. Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quotation, follow up on your project, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it for us

• Vultr (server in Singapore) — hosts the website and stores requests.
• Cloudflare — security and delivery of the website.
• DeepSeek — generates An Nhi's chat replies from your chat messages.
• Google (Gemini) — turns An Nhi's replies into speech.
• Telegram — sends our team an internal notice when a new request arrives.
• Google Workspace — our company email.

These providers may process data outside Vietnam.

4. How long we keep it

Requests and attached files are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless they become part of an order or contract we must keep by law. Chat history is kept only in your browser tab and disappears when you close it.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat stores your current conversation in your browser's session storage only.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
